I live in the south east along the coast so hurricanes are a thing as is the occasional tornado. I have three indoor cats, they won't wear collars (I'm working on trying to get them to wear them, but, cats and their stubbornness) my question is when you hear that the potential for severe weather is headed your way, tornados mainly, or straight line winds because of the chances for structural damage, do you worry about your pets getting loose if something were to happen to your home? I work outside the home so I'm not always there when severe weather hits. What steps have you taken to give them they best possible chance at getting reunited with you? Am I silly for being worried about this?
