I'll try to simplify my situation as much as possible. I would like to get a dog or a cat, but my landlord will not let me.
1) There is no pet policy on the lease
2) I have an anxiety disorder and plan on registering my animal as an ESA (emotional support animal).
Can anyone help me make sense on whether I can proceed with getting an animal based on either of these two facts?
