Relationship issue with my indoor cat

There is a problem that has been bugging me for a while now. My cat, about 3 years old, likes to go outside. He occasionally escapes the house when I open the door, a few times per month. When he's done playing after a few hours, he would let me grab him home by lying on the floor. Sometimes I'd trick him into coming home. That's the problem. I sneak over to him and grab him (he don't get hurt) when he's outside so I can bring him back to the house. Today is the worst of it. I have a little cabin in my backyard and I opened the door. He went inside it because he's curious. I immediately closed the door to trap him. I then went inside cautiously and took him back. Would this break his trust towards me? Would he hate me? Would he leave me because of his lack of freedom? I'm really worried. I hope his home doesn't feel like a prison to him.
