Tortoise not Eating

Hello!

I have a two year old tortoise and I have a problem being she basically doesnt eat. She doesnt eat anything we give to her and Im actually not entirely sure how she is still alive. She lives in my garden and goes to the water for a bit every day. In the water there is food, in the grass there is food, but she doesnt eat it. Ive also put it in a tupperware and she doesnt go near it. And also doesnt if I try to feed her directly from my hands.

She doesnt eat fruit or greens or canned food or preprepared tortoise food... I mean, she takes a bite every now and then, but that is.

Does anyone know how to help? Im getting more worried every day. Because in the winter it is normal for them not to eat much, but its getting hotter and she still isnt really eating.
