My two male cats are about 5 years old. They've been healthy with minimal problems all their lives, and are probably on the overweight side (15-20 pounds). They are both fixed and are outdoor cats, but do not go far from the backyard.
For 24 hours now my one cat has been vomiting clear liquid or white foam, and more recently nothing at all, just the motion of vomiting. He also dry heaves occasionally and seems to be weezy as if he's congested. Besides those symptoms he is not acting abnormal besides being a little lethargic. Just now, his brother has vomited a clear liquid in the same fashion.
Nothing we can think of has changed in their routine/diet. Because he was acting normal I wasn't worried at first, and looking on here indicated maybe just some stomach or hairball issues that would work themselves out. Now that his brother has started vomiting I'm concerned. Could this be something serious?
