Bunny advice

So yeah, I have two lops; male is about 15 months and will occasionally let me pick him up, female is about 8 months and fights hard but enjoys cuddles once she's there. Both are desexed and happy and get a good mix of lucerne pellets and fresh produce, plus an occasional treat of gems.

They're outside bunnies due to real estate rules but they have a large run and have boxes to play and hide in. They're both litter-trained.

My query at this point is enrichment. They have toys to play with and chew on and they actively chase and play with my dog (she doesn't go in the run with them, they interact with her through the mesh), but I want to step it up a notch by giving them puzzles and challenges.

The trouble is that I've yet to find anything that motivates them. They don't seem terribly interested in berries or dried apple, etc, and I'm not sure how to proceed.

Any tips or suggestions on the kind of activities that would mentally stimulate rabbits and how to go about it?
