I have 3 cats, and one of them keeps leaving big piles of poop on different carpets around the house (front door carpet, carpet by the stairs, carpet in bathroom, etc). Not just an "oops poop got stuck to my hair". Like, deliberate giant piles.
And it's different areas each time, and areas not near the litter boxes. No changes in behavior otherwise, no change in food/ water, no change in appetite/thirst, in all 3 cats.
The issue is, I can't figure out which cat it is. If its something medical, I can't seem to catch the cat in the act to be able to take it in to be checked. And I can't afford to take all 3 in the hopes that we find the reasoning.
Anyone have any ideas?
