Hi all. My cat (male 1.5 years) keeps licking his penis (started yesterday). He is neutered but the entire thing is out when he is licking it. I am taking him to the vet tomorrow morning but I am extremely worried. Am I overreacting? There are no other symptoms that I can tell other than he seems a little bit more pissy when I pick him up. I am not sure if he is peeing or not because I have another cat. He was doing this around 3 weeks ago and I took him to the vet but they didn’t say much other than doing a test for a UTI and it was negative.
