So there’s a cat on the roof of my apartment complex. It’s been there for two nights. I hear it meowing all night! I called maintenance, and they’ve been out here twice, but haven’t been able to catch it. Animal control and the fire department have been no help. What does a person do at this point? It’s heartbreaking to hear it’s cries and not be able to help! I can’t just lay here and listen to this poor thing die! What else can I do?
