I dropped one on the floor and I had forgotten how toxic they are and I have her one. I don’t know what to do. Will one grape hurt my dog? She’s a Pitt Bull so she’s not a small dog. What should I do? I’ve tried making her vomit but she won’t hold still. I’m freaking out.
