Hello, first time posting here and I'm not even sure if this is the correct place to ask, but I'm in dire need of advice.
You see, my mom found a feral kitten and the mother was no where to be found nor were any other kittens. It's freezing outside and the kitten was found shivering intensely. My mom and her boyfriend brought it inside and kept it in a box where it was, at least, warmer than outside.
I looked up how to make it comfortable and the website said to keep it alone with space. While completely alone isn't possible, it's in my room which is the most isolated, safe, and quiet place at the current moment. It's too late to go to the vet and get it checked for age, breed, gender, etc.
I was just wondering how to get through the night with this kitten without stressing it out too much? Is there anything I should give it? It has some food (the liquid kind was all we had)and water, but anything like blankets or anything? It has a towel but we were unsure of anything else. It seems very stressed and hisses at anything new introduced to it. Just meed some advice. Please and thank you
