I have three cats and two of them are overweight. One is only slightly overweight, the other is at least 5-6lbs over. My mom gives the cats those temptations treats every day.. not just one or two, but a huge pile of treats for each of them. I’m attempting to schedule their feedings, rather than free feeding, but my mom just gives them extra food! She says they don’t need to lose weight and that they look cute. I don’t think it’s very cute, it’s unhealthy.
I’m not sure what to do. My mom won’t even listen to the vet. I’m trying my best to get them on a feeding routine but it’s hard when my mom just gives them more food behind my back. Help!
