I have a havanese shih tzu mix who is about 12 years old, and I’ve become increasingly concerned with his vomiting issue. He’s thrown up very large amounts—comparable to that of a human’s—twice today, and this happened earlier this week as well. In the past when he’s had bouts of vomiting, it wasn’t nearly as bad. It doesn’t seem like there’s any other symptoms associated with it. He eats very fast and it doesn’t seem like there’s any abnormal substances in the vomit, so perhaps this may be the case. However, I would like some reassurance just to know whether or not this could be something serious. Any help would be appreciated.
