Underfeeding Kittens? One gets bossy when eating, help?

I have 2 new kittens, both about 3 months old, and boy are they VORACIOUS eaters. I have 3 oz cans and usually split that in half, one half for each, i leave out dry kibble and than wet food same amount for dinner.

Its 92 cals a can and vet said 212 is what they should be getting. Isnt a 3oz can too big for a serving? Dont wanna overfeed (and hurt the tummy) but also dont wanna underfeed

Also our one is definetly an alpha, as he will boss our more reserved guy outta the way. Even if I hold the alpha, he will squirm out to push him away and eat. No violence, but douchy behavior lol
