There is this cat that I’m super interested in. He’s a 4 month old tabby. I’m looking for that exact type of kitten & I’m planning to let it be an indoor/outdoor kitten. However when I talked to the breeder they I must keep it indoor only. They did not specify why. Do I need to listen or is it my choice? Thanks in advance I’m new to this.
