My partner and I foster kittens and we absolutely love it! We give them real names and pet names while they are with us and one pet name that always sticks is calling them “town”. No idea how it started, one day we just said “wow town, you’re so cute” (or something like that). We thought we were the only ones but yesterday we saw a video on YouTube in which someone called their dog “town”(not the dogs real name) I was wondering if anyone else calls their pet “town” playfully? And where in the world could it have come from?
