My cat has been very itchy the past couple of months. She itches around her face and paws a lot. I switched her 4 weeks ago to instinct limited ingredient rabbit wet and dry food. I'm not seeing a lot of improvements yet because I saw that takes 8-12 weeks because that's their skin turnover rate.
I wanted to ask here if anyone else switched their cat to a new food (particularly, novel ingredient) and saw any improvements in the 8-12 week mark. She is on a steroid in the meantime to help with the itching.
