Help for aggressive cat

I adopted my cat Annabel from a local shelter when she was between 8-12 weeks old, and have had her since (about 5 years), and she became quick friends with my other cat.

I started dating someone and we eventually moved in together, however she has 2 cats and a smaller dog. it took some time, but she got used to the dog for the most part, and only had one fight (the dog is very sweet and only ran into a corner and yelped). In the year that they have been together after, there has been 2 additional fights, one of them was today. It's getting to the point that we may have to give her back to the shelter but i really dont want to have to do that. She is my baby and has always been attached to me.

We have a room set apart from the rest of the animals that i game in, and have been introducing them to the animals slowly as we are supposed to, they still get love and attention, and my other cat gets along with the other animals very well, it's just Annabel. I never really had any other animals or anyone over to my house much so she wasnt socialized well, as my wife has told me. She is spayed also.

When the fights break out, she starts it, and my other cat charges in. It almost looks like a piranha frenzy. They attack/bite anything near them be it human, dog, bedding, whatever. Today, i was playing a video game, her in my lap, dog by the door, i died, banged the table a bit and she jumped off my lap, then after a brief 5 second silence just started attacking the dog for no reason. With the other cats she constantly growls/hisses at them, never letting them get too close to her. She isn't aggressive towards humans, only other animals that isn't prim (my other cat). There isn't any behavioral specialists near me, and we have been trying all the calming stuff you can think of (spray, collar, stuff you put in the water). She gets plenty of food, and i play with her often.

If anyone has any idea of something i can do to help reduce her aggression, please (i'm almost begging) let me know. I'm running out of ideas and i really couldnt stand myself if i have to return her, but i know leaving her in a room by herself for the rest of her life isn't a good life, especially for a cat. Thank you to anyone that tries to help
