PLEASE HELP! (Don’t judge)
PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!! We “fostered” 2 female puppies from our local humane society 2 weeks before shutdown and OF COURSE we fell completely in love with them so we fully adopted them. At the time we were told they were English Pointers but as they grew we saw more Pitbull Terrier Mix (which doesn’t matter one bit to us). Now a year old and it is a constant fight. They get a look and stare at each other and then bam just go at one another. It was over me before but now it just seems like they want a piece of each other. I’m so afraid they’re gonna kill each other. I’ve read up and know it’s littermate syndrome. This is like living in a constant hell. Please help us somehow keep them. I promise you we will do ANYTHING IN OUR POWER. I’m not one to give an animal away - I believe you adopt them for life but I’m so afraid of them hurting each other more or my husband who (not so smartly jumps in the middle while my daughters and I grab their legs. I just wish we were warned beforehand because it’s not fair to either of them to constantly be kept away. Thank you so much for your time and I truly hope to hear from you soon.
