Saw a cat living in the porch of an abandoned house on my way to the grocery store so I decided to buy some tuna for them. I left it there on my way back. Came back later to see all the food was gone which I thought was a good sign. I did some more research and found out not all street cats are strays, so how do I tell the difference? If it helps I also left some catfood on my 2nd visit but when I came back they hadn't eaten any.
