She (the cat) ran away 1 hour ago. 40 minutes ago, I told her to put the cat litter and the cat food out of the front door.
She put the liter out, but not thee food because she didn't want to attract other wild animals. Anyway, my mother is disabled and cannot leave the house. I am in college and cannot help her at all, and am feeling so fucking helpless right now.
What can she do to maximize the chance of getting the cat back?
