So, I and the hubby have been away, but my roommates told me my cat has been sneezing and has runny eyes. So normally, I'm like, ok, cat cold because the weather has been going from cold to warm so often.. But upon getting back, I wiped his nose and eyes and made sure he was eating and drinking. He's eating just a little less than usual, but not by much. My hubby is convinced my tomcat has more than a cold. My cat has runny eyes, nose, he sounds stopped up, he's breathing through his mouth and his inner eyelids are half lidded.. He sneezes a lot and he sounds like he's trying to breath through his nose too. He feels a little lighter carrying him than when I left too. Could it be more than a cold or is my hubby just overreacting? From what I read this is standard cat cold stuff. Any advise please? And if you're wondering, he's about 14 years old.
