Need help with kittens that have worms

Hi everyone, a cat living around my house that we feed gave birth to 5 kittens recently. As they grew up, they weren't thriving, they were always sluggish, and didn't exhibit any play behaviour.

Over the past two weeks, the mother cat stopped eating most food, and grew deathly thin and bony. But last week, she threw up a worm, and I got an oral dewormer from the vet that I believe was Pyrantel, which I gave her last Friday, but it didn't do much. The next day, I dewormed her with an Advocate spot on, and that worked, and she's been eating normally and putting on weight again.

On Sunday, I saw some of the kittens being disinterested in feeding from her. I looked up online, and at 6 weeks, they're supposed to weight 680 grams. However, the heaviest among them is only 400 grams, and the lightest 300.

I gave them an oral dewormer that is a combination of Pyrantel and Oxantel, and I noticed one of the five kittens has suddenly started running about and playing. But 3 others are still mostly lethargic, although at night they're now more interested in feeding. And one kitten looks like it won't make it anymore. I have seen them passing worms - either in the stool or vomit, but haven't seen any live ones.

Based on what I've read, the roundworm larvae live around the lungs, and recolonize the intestines. So oral dewormers won't be entirely effective with these kittens.

The Advocate spot on is supposed to only be used after 9 weeks and for cats that weight at least a kilo, and ones that aren't sick only. However, I am thinking of splitting one Advocate spot on among the five of them, as a last ditch effort to cure and save them. Any advice?

The medicine is "Advocate spot on for cats 4 KG or less", and it contains imidacloprid and moxidectin.
