Its name is Fluffy, and it is white and only 1 month and 2 weeks old. He doesn't really react when we turn on the car or when turning on the generator. but unlike other deaf cats he doesn't meow often but when it does, it is loud. Can someone help me how to communicate with Fluffy? like how can I tell him that his food is ready?
