So I just got done walking my dogs. I take them to a large grassy area right across my street to let them run around. I keep a short leash with a pronged collar on the big one in case I need to get ahold of him. My dog, a male doberman, is not aggressive. He gets excited, but he'd never hurt anybody.
So my dog sees this old guy on a bike, and he gets excited and starts running around and barking, but he isn't snarling and growling and foaming at the mouth like an aggressive dog would. My dog doesn't go anywhere near him, he knows he's not allowed to go beyond the grass without me.
This old asshole starts saying stuff like, "I don't like that/ I don't like him doing that," etc. And then he said my dog is "going to grab someone someday." Like he knows my fucking dog. I swear to God, I hate ignorant assholes that can't tell the difference between an excited dog or an aggressive dog!
I wanted to tell him off, but I know that would have made my dog even more excited so I chose not to say anything, but man, that guy pissed me off!
