So this is the second time my dog has had this circular darken spot with pus coming out ( I had removed the pus prior) that is located around his chest area. I had applied some Neosporin to him in hope of it helping him. The first time, it healed with Neosporin and I'm just not sure what it may be. I am taking him to his vet this weekend but for now he has one of his loose shirt on to prevent him from trying to irritate it more. It looks like some sort of bacterial infection, has your dog ever gotten something like this? Also he is a Shih tzu that is one. He is mostly an indoor dog and goes on walk 2-3 times a week. We rinse his paws and area of his private parts to help keep him clean. Any feedbacks would be helpful, thank you!
