A little over a year ago, I adopted the SWEETEST kitty in the world! She’s now two years old, and is the most sassy, talkative, loving cat in the world! The catch is that she does not do well with any other animals. It took her a long while, but she became BEST FRIENDS with my friends cats. Sadly, my friend moved and my baby lost her best friends.
My cat gets EXTREMELY lonely when I’m gone. I am in my last year of college getting a teaching degree plus a part time job which requires me to not be home from 8-5 most days. When I’m gone, she meows PITIFULLY to the point my roommate has to come in and comfort her. I believe getting another cat to play with would be good for her, but I fostered a six year old cat over the summer and she harassed the cat CONSTANTLY.
I know she does better with cats her age or younger. Does anyone know why? I have a friend who has a cat and has to get rid of it and the baby is six months old. What is the best way to approach these two kitties so my baby can have a friend?
