first ever reddit post, sorry if it's in the wrong sub or if anything else is incorrect.
my dog is currently throwing up and licking his lips excessively. i gave him a dosage of advantix flea treatment today at around 1 pm. when i came home from class around 8 pm, he was perfectly fine. i then proceeded to give him a dose of dewormer, also by bayer. i made sure the dosages were all correct. when i gave him the dewormer pill, i did coat it in a bit of wet royal canin dog food, something he has never had before. i did all listed steps with my other dog too, and she is perfectly fine right now. i already know i will be told to take him to the vet, which i plan to do in the morning, i would just like to know if this is too urgent of a matter to wait until morning? or do you think he will be okay if he rests? i'm honestly not sure what could be making him sick right now, it was so stupid of me to do so many new things in one day (flea treatment, dewormer, new food). i can't find anything about a situation similar to mine on the internet, so i genuinely have no idea what my best route of action is. any advice would be much appreciated!!
