I mostly work from home and my cat just meows and meows and then will let out a loud yowel if I don't let him outside.
Theres some feral cats that someone in the building feeds and now they come near the windows and drive my cat nuts. If he sees one of them he will cry for hours to go outside.
Sometimes I will feel bad for him and let him out on the patio while I sit with him and drink my coffee. That used to be enough for him until these feral cats showed up. He is now obsessed with wanting to be out there 24/7. I have no idea what to do, I try to distract him and it works temporarily but not for long. He scratches at the door, jumps up and down from the window and is super vocal.
How do I keep him happy? He just seems super agitated that he can't go out there.
