So I'm suspicious about my neighbour's dog who barks at literally everyone. Their flat is diagonally mine and everytime I open my gate he starts barking. And very loudly. Like every fucking time. And I don't know if the caretakers wash him or not but it smells like piss everywhere. And everyday. Like every time a child goes in the morning for school, it starts barking so loud, it could give you a heart attack. Today my mother and I were just playing badminton in the hallway, and the caretaker just slightly opened the gate and the dog literally jumped and opened the outer net door and scared the shit outta my mom. She's almost 50 and I was fucking scared for her. The caretaker started laughing!! Like?? He almost gave my mom a heart attack and he was laughing?? I'm highly suspicious there's something wrong with the dog. Like not even street dogs behave this way. And the dog is almost always just sitting by the net door looking sad af. I've thought about complaining to a pet rescue to atleast check wtf is going on but the place where i live does not have many facility like that. My mother went to complain to the owner but lets see. Also, the real owner has bought two flats and he keeps the dog in one flat with the illiterate caretakers. The real owner lives in another flat with his family. Like idek the point at this point. Why? Why are they even keeping a dog if they have to keep him in another place just to scare the shit out of everyone??
