Our new very affectionate kitten isn't really eating

As I'm typing this, she's going back and forth on my lap, rubbing herself on my arms and meowing. Purring and kneading, too. She's the sweetest thing!

But each time I move her, she's back to being on my arms. I've got a plate of tuna treats that she's sniff, then walk away from. Even when we leave her alone, she won't eat too much.

For reference, we adopted her Friday night with a clean bill of health. We bought the kitty food she was eating at the shelter but no go on her actually eating it.

The vet from yesterday said it could be the excitement from moving and gave her a whole bunch of meds and fluids (as she was dehydrated), including this supplement goop.

We've tried 3 different foods and she's all sniffed them, nibbled a precious few bites, then moved away. Anyone had exp in this department?

Thanks!
