This may be an odd and very specific question, but my boyfriend and I were recently looking into getting a pet Raven in a few years. Knowing they are indeed difficult pets, we wanted to get a head start on research and prepping. While we've done some research, we are having trouble finding information of the legality of having a pet raven. We are in Oregon, and want to know if we can legally own a White-Necked Raven and whether or not a permit is required. On top of this we were also struggling with finding a breeder, we'd like to take in a baby so that we can properly train it and allow it to bond with us from a young age. If you know any breeders or have any information on the legality of one, that'd be amazing!
