Picked up a cat from the shelter the other day. She roamed around the house for a while until my dog spooked her and she ran off and haven't seen her since. Should I be worried?

I know for certain the cats still inside, and I live in a pretty large house. It's been 2 days since I've seen her, and she hasn't touched her food or water.
