We got a younger cat(3yr old) and we let her have the whole house except the upstairs where two bedrooms are. The older cat(14yrs old) usually just goes from bed to bed or floor if she doesnt have energy to jump up. Problem is the young cat keeps sneaking upstairs and they fight. We just want the young one to stay down and leave the old one alone. Is there any advice how to keep the younger cat from coming up? We tried a gate but she just jumped it.
