Should I stop bringing my dog to daycare if she keeps getting sick?

I have a healthy 3 year old lab. She’s spayed, and up to date on all vaccinations. A couple months ago, I decided to start bringing her to daycare. I did my research, and found a local daycare with overwhelmingly positive reviews and they seemed to be very interested in the safety of all of the dogs involved (had a very lengthy application, had to go through an interview, had to provide vaccination records). They seemed to be doing everything right. My dog has now been to daycare a total of 3 times. The first initial day went fine. Then the next week I brought her back and a couple days later she began having diarrhea that lasted for a full 6 days. I learned from a friend who works at the daycare that a stomach bug was going around. So we took a couple weeks off. She went again on Wednesday of this week and today (Saturday) developed a persistent, dry cough that sounds a lot like kennel cough. I feel bad pulling her out of daycare, because she really seems to enjoy going there. But, I don’t want to keep making her sick. Maybe I’m overreacting, and she just needs to build up her immune system? Is this normal for dogs just starting at daycare? Or should I stop bringing her? Also, if this isn’t normal, should I be reporting the daycare facility (board of health maybe? I’m not sure what town agency would be the proper place to report this). Thanks for any advice!
