Hi everyone,
I have a 1.5 year old Kitty that had developed a habit of biting and nipping to get my attention. It had become an everyday occurrence and I'm starting to feel frustrated.
I've tried playing with him more, etc. And it hasn't really addressed the behavior. He tends to do it mornings and afternoons/evenings when I'm home. He'll run by my legs as I walk as swipe/nip. He does the same thing to my roommate. She's equally frustrated. We feel like we can't walk without getting bombarded.
Every time I try to give him some attention by squatting down and letting him approach me, he ends up with his teeth and claws on my skin. He hasn't broken skin, but occasionally scratches. He gets his dilated murder eyes every time.
He was very cuddly as a kitten. I'm not sure what happened.
Is there anything I can do?
