My kitten won’t stop trying to get outside, I’m really worried one of these times she’ll get out and really be lost.

We were giving a kitten by a neighbor who found her being chased by her dogs up a tree. We took her to vet and no microchip which we didn’t expect since she was about 6 weeks old. We love her so much and she has the best demeanor. We want her to be apart of our family for a long time hopefully! The problem is she won’t stop darting out the door when we’re trying to leave. It’s pretty much an every day event at the point that she’ll dart as fast as she can and slink between our legs or the tiniest crack in the door. We try our best to “block” with our legs or door and making the whole process as fast as possibly. She runs outside and it becomes a instant chase. This last time she hopped over 2 chain link fences before I had even realized she got out! I’ve tried not giving a chase thinking she’ll come back if I’m calm but she doesn’t give af. The only trick that worked 65% of the time if I get treats but the issue is now she runs so far so fast that it pretty much has to be a pursuit. She does wear a reflective collar with her name and our phone number on it.

Anyone have any tips?

Our vet won’t neuter a cat till she’s 6 months would be the end of February. Which we have scheduled.
