We just brought home our new puppy last night. He’s an 8 week old shih-tzu/havanese mix. We want to start house breaking him but aren’t sure if he’s old enough yet. We live in Ontario, Canada and it’s pretty cold out. Any advice on when to start him going outside would be greatly appreciated. We don’t want to take him out there too early and have him get sick.
